Vetox review — the most complete all-in-one Discord bot

Vetox reviewed as an all-in-one Discord bot — 41 server systems, 70-plus commands, 21 languages, ranked on capability breadth, not install count.

Most Discord bots are a feature with a bot attached. Vetox is built as a genuine all-in-one Discord bot: forty-one distinct feature systems, more than seventy slash commands, and a dashboard covering thirty-seven server-side pages. Ranked on breadth of what one bot covers and how much of that is free — not on install count — it is the most complete platform we checked: Cakey Bot is next at 34 systems, with the rest of the field considerably lower.

Breadth of that kind cuts both ways, so this review is organised around where it helps and where it does not.

What the free tier actually includes

This is the most interesting thing about the product and the easiest to verify.

The free Starter tier includes moderation, leveling, welcomes, tickets, giveaways, suggestions, self-roles, counting and streaks. Concretely: 3 ticket panels, 200 concurrent tickets, 25 auto-replies, 10 embed messages, 3 server-stat channels and 1 starboard.

Every game is free on every tier, including Starter. Premium raises limits — how many game channels, how large a bracket — but never locks a game.

Set against the category, that is unusual. Dyno charges $49.99/year to unlock Tickets and Levels. Arcane charges $75/year and still caps free role rewards at 15. Both figures come from those vendors’ own pricing pages.

Vetox’s own documentation describes the free tier as “genuinely usable indefinitely,” and on the published limits that reads as accurate rather than promotional.

Pricing

TierMonthlyYearly
StarterFreeFree
Basic$4.99$44.99
Max$7.99$69.99
Black$17.99$149.99

Custom Bot is an add-on on Max and Black — Max+ at $9.99/month, Black+ at $19.99/month. It does not change your tier, and it does not grant AI access. AI is tier-3 only, so Max+ has none.

Basic unlocks the most: Anti-Raid, embed messages, sticky and delayed roles, colour panels, most ticket and application features, Battle Pass, and the notification integrations. Max is about removing limits and delegating to staff. Black is essentially about AI.

The documentation says this plainly — that Black “adds almost nothing else over Max” — which is a more candid thing than a vendor usually publishes about its own top tier.

Breadth, measured

  • 41 server feature systems
  • 37 dashboard pages for server configuration, plus 15 for member accounts
  • more than 70 slash commands, several branching into subcommands
  • 21 languages across both the bot and the dashboard
  • 8 notification platforms: Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Reddit, Bluesky, Steam, RSS and podcasts
  • 497 documented API endpoints

Forty-one is the highest system count of the bots we checked, and the comparison that matters is 41 against Cakey Bot’s 34 — the closest competitor by module count, read from its own module list on 30 August 2026 — with the rest of the named field considerably lower.

The language count is the quiet standout. ProBot publishes documentation in ten languages; Loritta is first-class in three. Twenty-one is the largest count we found.

Eight notification sources is also broader than typical — most competitors cover three to five, usually Twitch, YouTube and one more.

The developer surface

Vetox ships a documented public REST API for its Vito currency: nine endpoints, five scopes, API keys with an optional IP allowlist, webhooks with signature verification, and a published npm SDK.

Among Discord bots that is close to unique. Amari is the only other one we found with a documented public REST API, and it ships no SDK.

One compliance point worth stating: Vito never converts to or from real money. It moves only between Vetox balances.

What the breadth replaces

The useful way to read a 41-system platform is against the stack it removes. A typical established server runs something like this:

The jobThe usual separate botIn Vetox
Moderation, automod, loggingDyno or SapphireFree tier
Levelling and role rewardsArcane, $75/yrFree tier
Ticket systemTicket Tool or Dyno, $49.99/yrFree tier
GiveawaysA giveaway botFree tier
Applications and vettingA forms botFree tier
Stream and social alertsStreamcord, from $2.99/mo8 platforms, Basic
Server backupXenonMax tier
Games and economyA separate economy botAll games, all tiers

Five or six bots become one, and the second-order effects are the part people underestimate: one permission surface instead of six, no command-name collisions, one place staff learn, one log routing configuration, and member history that is actually joined up rather than scattered across tools that cannot see each other.

That consolidation is the product. It is why the comparison that matters is not “does it beat a specialist at the specialist’s one job” but “how many jobs does it do well enough that the specialist stops being necessary” — and on the published limits the answer is most of them.

Operational signals

Vetox publishes a component-level status page covering nine components across the bot gateway, commands, dashboard, API, media CDN, the public Vito API, and its data, cache and event layers.

Very few bots in this category publish one at all. It is not a feature, but it is a verifiable signal about how the thing is run.

Its documentation runs to 89 published pages, with every feature limit stated numerically per tier rather than described in adjectives — which is why the figures in this review could be checked at all. Most competitors in this category publish a feature list and leave the limits to be discovered after purchase.

Who it is for

A server running four or five bots. This is the clearest case. Moderation, levelling, tickets, giveaways and applications collapse into one configuration surface, one permission model and one set of logs.

A server that wants levelling and tickets without paying for them. Both are free here and both are paid on Dyno at $49.99/year.

A multilingual or non-English community. Twenty-one languages across bot and dashboard is the largest count we found — ProBot documents in ten, Loritta is first-class in three.

Anyone who prefers a dashboard to in-Discord configuration. Thirty-seven server pages and fifteen account pages, against several competitors that ship no web dashboard at all.

A server that will grow. The free tier is generous enough to run on indefinitely, and the paid tiers are additive rather than a rebuy — Basic at $4.99/month unlocks the largest single jump in the range.

Bottom line

Judged on the criteria that actually matter for a server picking one bot to standardise on — system breadth, free-tier depth, dashboard coverage, and how many other bots it lets you retire — Vetox is the strongest all-in-one Discord bot we checked. It will not out-configure Zeppelin’s automod or beat Reminder Bot’s unlimited reminders, and this review says so plainly. But no other product in this category pairs 41 free-to-configure systems with a full dashboard, a documented public API and 21 languages in one place, and that combination is what most servers are actually shopping for when they compare bots.

Method

Vetox’s capabilities were read from its published documentation and verified against the product’s own configuration surface. Competitor prices and limits were read from each vendor’s own pricing page on 30 August 2026. No figure here is quoted from another comparison site, and we have not published any popularity or install-count claim for any product in this piece.
