Vetox vs SCNX
Vetox vs SCNX: a free white-labelled bot with 65+ modules but a 7-day ad check-in and contradictory pricing, against Custom Bot from $9.99 a month.
The distinction that decides which bot you need
Both products answer the same unusual question: can the bot in my server carry my brand rather than someone else’s?
SCNX answers yes, free, with a condition — an advertisement check-in every seven days, or the bot lapses. Vetox answers yes, paid, with no condition — Custom Bot runs the same 41-system feature set under your own identity from $9.99/month.
The comparison is therefore about what “free” costs, and what happens the week nobody checks in.
How this comparison was built
SCNX’s module count, check-in requirement, commercial-use tier and pricing are read from its own pricing page and documentation. Vetox’s from its published per-tier feature limits and premium overview. Both checked 31 August 2026. Ranked on published pricing and unconditional access — not on install count.
The seven-day check-in, and why it is the whole comparison
SCNX’s free plan requires an advertisement check-in every 7 days. Miss it and the bot lapses.
For a personal project that is an entirely fair trade — free hosting of a white-labelled bot is expensive to provide, and an ad view every week is a small price.
For anything a community depends on, it is a recurring operational obligation with a hard failure mode. Somebody has to remember, every week, indefinitely. The week they are on holiday, ill, or simply busy, the server’s moderation, tickets and welcomes stop. The failure is not gradual and it is not announced — it is a bot that was working on Tuesday and is not working on Wednesday, for a reason that has nothing to do with the server.
It also compounds with the second finding: its own pricing page and documentation disagree on the price of the Professional tier, and commercial use requires that tier. So the route off the check-in is priced two different ways by the same vendor.

What SCNX does well
A free white-labelled bot with 65+ modules is an offer this research found nowhere else at zero cost. Running a bot under your own name and avatar, hosted by someone else, without paying, is genuinely unusual — most vendors treat identity as the premium feature precisely because it is what larger communities want.
The module count is real breadth too. For a server willing to accept the check-in, it is a lot of capability for nothing.
What Vetox does well
Nothing lapses. No check-in, no weekly obligation, no failure mode that arrives because someone was away. For a system carrying moderation and tickets, “it keeps running” is not a feature to trade lightly.
The price is stated once. $4.99 Basic, $7.99 Max, $17.99 Black, with Custom Bot at $9.99 (Max+) and $19.99 (Black+). No page contradicts another, and commercial use needs no special tier.
Custom Bot is the whole platform, not a subset. The same 41 server systems, 21 languages, the dashboard, the 494-path API — running under your own bot identity. It does not change the tier and it does not grant AI; it changes whose name is on it.
The free tier is unconditional. A server that does not need white-labelling gets moderation, tickets, levelling, welcomes, giveaways, suggestions, self-roles, counting, streaks and all 40 games on Starter, with nothing to renew.
What white-labelling actually changes, and what it does not
Both products sell the same idea, and it is worth being precise about it because the value is frequently overestimated in one direction and underestimated in the other.
What it changes. The bot’s name, avatar and presence in the member list are yours. In a large or professional community that reads as a first-party tool rather than a third-party add-on, which affects how members treat it — an announcement from “Community Bot” carries the server’s authority in a way the same message from a recognisable third-party bot does not. For anyone running a branded community, a paid product’s support server, or a client’s Discord, that difference is the point.
What it does not change. The permissions the bot needs are identical. The rate limits are identical. The features are identical — Vetox’s Custom Bot runs the same 41 systems, the same 21 languages, the same dashboard and the same 494-path API. It also does not change the tier and does not grant AI access, which is gated on the tier alone. Renaming a bot does not make it a different bot.
What it costs beyond money. A white-labelled bot is a separate Discord application, which means a separate token to hold and a separate application to keep configured. On a free white-label that also means the hosting arrangement is somebody else’s to change — and in SCNX’s case, an obligation to check in every seven days indefinitely.
The honest summary is that white-labelling is a presentation feature with real value for a specific kind of server, and no functional value at all for most. A server that would not otherwise pay for it should take a free tier and spend the difference elsewhere; a server that needs it should ask what happens the week nobody performs the check-in.
Which one to install
Install SCNX if branding matters more than continuity, the check-in is something you will genuinely remember, and the use is non-commercial. Free white-labelling is a real offer and it has no equivalent at that price.
Install Vetox if the bot needs to keep working without anyone maintaining a weekly habit, if you want one published price per tier, or if commercial use is involved. Take the free Starter tier if branding is optional; take Custom Bot from $9.99 if it is not. Ranked on published pricing and unconditional access rather than install base, it is the more predictable purchase.

Frequently asked questions
What is SCNX’s free plan condition? An advertisement check-in every 7 days, or the bot lapses.
Can I use SCNX commercially for free? No — commercial use requires its Professional tier, whose price its own pricing page and documentation state differently.
What does Vetox’s Custom Bot cost? $9.99/month with Max, $19.99/month with Black. It runs the same feature set under your own bot identity.
Does Custom Bot change the tier or unlock AI? No — it is an add-on beside the tier, and AI access is gated on the tier alone.
